BWR can provide beautiful ceremony decor for all types of wedding ceremonies.
We will swank up your aisle, altar, pews and we have gorgeous chuppahs and arches.
You can select lanterns, aisle runners, arches, columns, accent lighting, pipe & drape, screens & room dividers, unity candle stands, and more. We have it all!
Reception Entry Way
Don't forget your entrance! A beautiful entry way sets the tone for your event. Guests won't want to wait to get into your party!
We have many pipe and drape treatments - deck out your head table, add curved fabric with hanging crystals behind your cake table or hang a stunning chandelier in your entry or over your cake table.

Centerpieces
We have one the most extensive centerpiece selections in the Dallas & Fort Worth area.
You design the centerpieces. Start by selecting your vase or candelabra stand, consider your color theme, then add centerpiece treatments to create a centerpiece that is uniquely yours. Once you decide on the vase or stand, we can add fresh flowers, ribbon, votive candles, mirrors, greenery and flower petals in any color & any combination.

Design & Decorating
Bella Wedding Rentals has beautiful wedding ceremony decorations, reception decorations and a floral design studio. We have two wedding designers & a florist on board. BWR can provide a complete wedding service with our wedding & floral design assistance. We offer a seamless wedding design that begins with your ceremony area and flows straight through to the reception.
Visit our design studio and showroom to see an array of beautiful table settings that can be tailored to your very own sense of style. BWR can create endless combinations of ceremony setups, place settings, and more.

Event Staffing
Have a favorite restaurant or a family member that's a great cook?
BWR will bring everything needed to serve your guests and enough staff to provide great service. We will coordinate equipment needs with your local restaurant and transfer food to the appropriate trays or chafers. Our staff will set up before the event, then serve, replenish and clean up after the event.
Lastly, we'll take all of our rentals with us at the conclusion of your event.
Delivery, Setup & Tear down
We can provide a complete service by delivering your rentals, setting them up, decorating them, then taking the rentals and decor down at the conclusion of your event. You can also pick up your wedding rentals at our location and handle them yourself, if you prefer.
You no longer need to run all over town and make dozens of calls to acquire all your wedding rental needs. Whether you just need table linens or a full buffet and bar, we can provide all of your wedding rentals. We can help you put the "wow" factor in your ceremony and reception venue.
Bar Service
Use our services and be confident in knowing that your guests will be served by professionally trained bartenders. Our bartenders will give your event attentive service and a professional presentation.
Trade Show / Wedding Show Booth
We design, set up and tear down booths for trade show vendors. Our designers have helped with the design trade show booths for photographers, hair dressers, wedding cake bakers, wedding venues, and more.
We will come to your trade show and set up a beautiful booth that fits with the theme of your product and compliments your booth vision.
Additionally, we arrive after the trade show is over and remove all decor.
My Fair Wedding - David Tutera
We provided wedding rentals for the David Tutera wedding show "My Fair Wedding".
Our "Diva Bride" wanted a wedding and reception that would be fun, funky and different. David selected the Lakewood Theater location and we provided a variety of wedding rentals that matched with David's vision.
